By accessing and using the G4Z Esports website and submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or submit an application.

2. Eligibility

To apply to G4Z Esports, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Have a valid Steam account
  • Have a Discord account for team communication
  • Be able to commit to regular practice sessions (minimum 3 times per week)
  • Be available for weekend tournaments

3. Application Process

3.1 Truthful Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in your application. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate disqualification.

3.2 Review Process: All applications are reviewed by our recruitment team. The review process typically takes 3-5 business days. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

3.3 No Guarantee: Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance to the team.

4. Team Membership

If accepted, team members must:

  • Maintain respectful and professional conduct at all times
  • Attend scheduled practice sessions and tournaments
  • Follow team strategies and leadership decisions
  • Represent G4Z Esports positively in the community
  • Comply with all applicable gaming platform rules and regulations

5. Code of Conduct

Expected Behavior:

Respect teammates, communicate effectively, maintain a positive attitude, and strive for continuous improvement.

Prohibited Behavior:

Cheating, toxicity, harassment, discrimination, match-fixing, or any behavior that damages the team's reputation.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate membership for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service or Code of Conduct
  • Inactivity or failure to meet commitment requirements
  • Behavior detrimental to the team
  • Any reason deemed necessary by team leadership

7. Intellectual Property

The G4Z Esports name, logo, and branding are the property of G4Z Esports. Team members may use official branding for team-related activities but must cease use upon leaving the team.

8. Limitation of Liability

G4Z Esports is not liable for any damages arising from participation in team activities, tournaments, or use of our services. Participation is at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
